Findings: Alleged Victim (AV)’s care plan indicates Noc shift will check on AV start of shift, mid shift, and end of shift throughout the night. On or about September 15, 2022, AV feel at approximately 9:00 pm and was not discovered until approximately 8:00 am the following day. AV reports being cold and in pain from lying on the floor. Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) and the facility failed to follow the care plan, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP23-00168 $500.00 fine assessed
