Findings: The facility failed to provide appropriate medical treatment to the Alleged Victim (AV) according to his/her skin care needs. The failure resulted in the AV developing an open wound on their foot which got infected, causing pain, and requiring further medical treatment, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
