Findings: On or about October 17, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) told facility staff that he/she was missing money from his/her apartment. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2, unknown) took money from AV’s apartment. AP2’s actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility’s failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
