Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is scheduled to receive three daily doses of pain medication. The facility ran out of the AV's pain medication on or about October 15, 2022 and was not able to get a refill until October 22, 2022. AV went without scheduled pain medication for seven days, leaving AV in unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
