Findings: The facility failed to provide appropriate services according to the Alleged Victim (AV)'s needs relating to his/her medication (portable oxygen containers). On or about November 12, 2022, AV was unable to attend an event/outing as AV did not have enough portable oxygen available, resulting in AV experiencing emotional distress. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP23-00103 $500.00 fine assessed
