- Findings
- According to documentation the facility failed to follow the Alleged Victim’s (AV) care plan. AV’S care plan states AV needs assistants with brief changing. The failure resulted in AV being found not wearing briefs, covered in urine and feces. The failure resulted in AV experiencing a loss of dignity and unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to ensure care plans were followed, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
