Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) reports calling for assistance with using the toilet and was told to urinate in h/h brief. AV was left soaking in h/h wet brief for approximately forty-five (45) minutes. AV reports feeling uncomfortable and experiencing loss of dignity when told to urinate in h/h brief. The facility failed to provide assistance with toileting, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
