Findings: On or about November 25, 2022, the facility ran out of the Alleged Victim's (AV) pain medication. The AV went without pain medication from November 25, 2022 until November 28, 2022, when the prescription could be filled by the pharmacy. The facility failed to re-order AV's pain medication timely, resulting in unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP23-00013 $500.00 fine assessed
