Findings: On or about December 27, 2022, Alleged Victim (AV) was refusing medication. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) attempted to force a pill into AV mouth. AV spit the pill out on the floor and bit AP2, who picked up the pill from the floor and again attempted to put it into AVs mouth. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute physical abuse. The facility failed to ensure the residents rights/treatment was being followed, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative rules.
