Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure PRN pain medication was ordered timely. The failure resulted in the Alleged Victim to not have PRN pain medication available for approximately two (2) days causing increased pain, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
