Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to ensure the Alleged Victim’s (AV) blood thinning medication was reordered. The failure resulted in the AV missing one dose of their blood thinning medication on or about January 4, 2023, putting him/her at risk for blood clots, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
