Findings: The facility failed to provide appropriate services for Alleged Victim (AV) according to his/her needs for assistance with incontinence care which resulted in AV being left in his/her soiled briefs too long causing AV embarrassment and anxiety resulting in emotional harm and unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure to provide appropriate and timely incontinence care is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
