Findings: On or about January 27, 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) brought four cups of medication to the office. Staff were leaving AV's medications in his/her room and not watching AV take his/her medications. The medications in question included heart, blood pressure and pain medications. Staff were not following AV's care plan or internal policies of watching AV take his/her medications. The facilities failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP23-00776 $375.00 fine assessed
