Findings: On or about January 27. 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) asked another resident to request a PRN narcotic medication so they could give it to AV, because he/she was experiencing pain. On three separate occasions, the facility has run out of AV's narcotic pain medication, most recently on January 26 and 27. AV did not receive his/her pain medication for four doses, leaving him/her in pain. The facility's failure to provide medication as ordered is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
