Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned to be assisted after toileting with peri care. From January 1, 2023 and February 9, 2023, AV waited multiple times more than 15 minutes, multiple times, for staff to assist him/her after pressing the call light. AV suffered stinging pain and unreasonable discomfort while waiting for staff to assist him/her. The facility's failure to answer the call light in a timely manner is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
