Findings: The facility failed to provide medical treatment for the Alleged Victim’s (AV) medical conditions, by not applying compression stockings to relieve swelling of the legs, nor timely applying medication for his/her rash. The failure resulted in AV’s condition worsening and was sent to the hospital for treatment of these conditions, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
