Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for the Alleged Victim by not acquiring all of their medication before moving into the facility. The failure resulted in the AV missing approximately 10 days of medication before needing to be treated at a hospital, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP23-00647 $1350.00 fine assessed
