Findings: On or about March 10, 2023, the facility failed to ensure the Alleged Victim’s (AV) scheduled pain medication to treat chronic pain was reordered timely. The failure resulted in the AV to miss one dose of pain medication causing unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
