Findings: The facility and Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) failed to provide a safe medication administration system. It was discovered AP2 administered the Alleged Victim (AV) medication that belonged to another resident for approximately two (2) days in a row resulting in AV not feeling well and throwing up. The failure is a violation of resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
