Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to ensure newly prescribed medication was at the facility at the time the Alleged Victim (AV) was admitted back to the facility from the hospital. The failure resulted in the AV to miss doses of a heart medication and cough medication putting the AV at risk for potential harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
