Findings: According to documentation, the facility and the Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to assure resident rights, when AP2 coerced the Alleged Victim (AV) to shower before his/her appointment after several refusals. AV had already cleansed and prepared his/herself for an appointment and was emotionally upset and embarrassed about being forced to shower because s/he felt they had no choice and having to attend his/her appointment with wet hair. AP2's actions are considered emotional abuse and the facility's failure to ensure resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
