Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) has his/her medications managed by the facility. AV did not receive his/her pain medication multiple times during February, April and March of 2023. The facility did not order AV's medication timely, leaving AV at risk for pain. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
