Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) has his/her medications managed and administered to him/her by the facility. The facility switched AV from one facility to another, and during that time, AV went without multiple medications for approximately 10 days, leaving AV in a state of unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
