Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about March 2023, AV was calling consistently in the AM, and calls were not being answered in a timely manner or the call would time out after one (1) hour due to no response. The pendants have not been reliable and often do not work. The facility failed to provide service to AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP24-00023 $500.00 fine assessed
