Findings: On or about May 9, 2023, the Alleged Victim had narcotic medication stolen from his/her apartment. It is unknown who stole the medication. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation by not providing access to a lockable storage space for the safekeeping of valuable items and funds which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
