Findings: On or about May 11, 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) was found by staff to have a bruise on his/her right hand. Staff mentioned to Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) that AV had been in a bad mood the prior day and wouldn't take his/her medication, but would not give the medication cup back, causing AP2 to grab AV's hand and push down on his/her middle finger to force AV's hand open to get the cup back from him/her. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute physical abuse.
