Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to properly care plan for Witness 1 (W1) who has exhibited inappropriate sexual behavior towards other residents. The failure resulted in W1 putting their hands down the shirt and pants of the Alleged Victim (AV) while they were asleep, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
