Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) was prescribed medication and the facility was responsible to administer that medication. AV did not receive the medication from October 2022 through June 2023. AV's family member was delivering the medication and stopped delivering it, and the facility failed to ensure the medication was filled as prescribed. The facility's failure to provide AV's medication as ordered placed AV at risk for harm. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
