Findings: On or about June 12, 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) was not given 3 doses of pain medication, resulting in body aches. It was noted there was a medication discrepancy and AV ran out of pain medication. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
