Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) Debit Card went missing from h/h room and approximately $403.30 was spent at two different stores. Video surveillance shows Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) AP2 enter AV's room during dinner time when AV was not in the room, to get the trash. The next shift AP2 worked, s/he went right into AV's room and the card was back. AP2 admitted to taking AV debit card without AV permission. AP2 is responsible for theft of property, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
