Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. According to an investigation, from approximately March 2021 to May 2021, AV did not receive his/her blood thinning medication as ordered, placing AV at risk for harm. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
