Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. One of AV’s narcotic pain medications was erroneously discontinued by the facility on or about June 19, 2023. The facility did not start administering the mediation again until approximately June 27, 2023, eight (8) days later. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
