Findings: On or about July 17, 2023, it was discovered that the Alleged Victim (AV) was missing money from his/her apartment. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2, unknown) took money from AV’s apartment. AP2’s actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility’s failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
