Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his or her care. On or about July 14, 2023, after a hospital visit, AV had a new pain medication prescribed, but did not receive the new pain medication for at least five (5) days. The delay in treatment caused AV repeated unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
