Findings: Witness #1 (W1) is known to have behaviors of inappropriate touching of staff and residents. On or about July 29, 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) was sitting in the lobby and W1 was trying to get his/her attention. W1 put his/her hand on AV's thigh and moved his/her hand up AV's thigh towards his/her genitals. W1's actions caused unreasonable discomfort to AV. The facility's failure to protect AV from W1's actions is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP23-00713 $188.00 fine assessed
