Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is a diabetic and requires his/her blood sugar to be checked and receives insulin. On or about July 25, 2023, AV did not receive his/her insulin and his/her blood sugar level was not checked, leaving AV at risk for harm. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
