Findings: On or about July 25, 2023, it was reported that money and jewelry totaling approximately $3,000.00 were stolen from the Alleged Victim (AV). Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) was identified as the individual who made a transaction at a pawn shop selling AV's jewelry. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility's failure to keep AV safe from financial abuse is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
