Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) moved into the facility on July 27, 2023. AV had medications that the facility was to administer to AV. On July 28, 29 and 30, AV did not receive his/her medications as ordered, placing AV at risk for harm. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
