Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care and assistance with toileting. On or about September 18, 2023, AV pushed call light for assistance in the bathroom, and waited approximately two (2) hours and thirty-nine (39) minutes, resulting in AV having to clean h/h self and causing unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to answer call light in a timely manner, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP23-01478 $1500.00 fine assessed
