Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to ensure a safe medication administration system was in place for the Alleged Victim (AV). The failure resulted in the facility not obtaining medication refills in timely resulting the in the AV to go without multiple medications for an extended period, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
