Findings: According to documentation the facility failed to follow the Alleged Victim’s (AV) care plan. AV’S care plan states AV is supposed to have h/h catheter drained at least three times per day. On or about August 8, 2023, the failure resulted in AV not having h/h catheter drained multiple times, causing AV to experience pain and unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to ensure care plans were followed, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP23-01564 $250.00 fine assessed
