Findings: The facility failed to provide Alleged Victim (AV) with the basic care or services necessary after AV was injured after a fall by not getting AV prompt medical attention. On or about December 14, 2023, AV was found sitting on the floor in the common area, complained of right arm pain. AV was diagnosed on December 16, 2023, with a broken wrist. The facility's failure to provide a service resulted in AV experiencing unreasonable discomfort which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP24-00248 $1500.00 fine assessed
