Findings: On or about September 23, 2023, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for Alleged Victim (AV). Based on interviews and facility documentation, a staff member left AV's medication in a cup and did not watch AV take the medication during one of his/her two medication administrations on September 23, 2023. AV did not take his/her medication that was left in a cup. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
Sanction: RCFCP23-01289 $250.00 fine assessed
