Findings: On or about October 2, 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) was jiggling the doorknob of another resident when Witness #1 (W1) shoved AV to the ground, causing pain to his/her buttocks. W1 was known to have aggressive incidents with other residents, however, W1's service plan does not mention W1's aggressive behaviors, nor was there any interventions in place to ensure the safety of other residents from W1. The facility's failure to properly care plan regarding W1's aggressive behavior is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP25-00643 $375.00 fine assessed
