Findings: Witness 1 (W1) has a known history of resident-to-resident altercations. On or about October 9, 2023, W1 pulled Alleged Victim (AV) from his/her bed and would not let AV go. As a result of the altercation, AV sustained a bruise to his/her arm. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV, which put AV is risk of harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP24-01181 $375.00 fine assessed
