Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is to receive his/her medication two times per day. AV's medication was sent in for only a two week supply, rather than a one month supply. The facility ran out of AV's medication and AV missed his/her medication at two different intervals due to the facility not re-ordering AV's medication timely. The facility's failure to re-order medication is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
