Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care needs. On or about September 4, 2023, AV injured his/her ankle and AV had requested medical care from staff. AV had also asked for bandages for his injury, but AV was never given bandages. AV did not get any medical treatment for his/her injury when it occurred. The facility failed to provide service to AV when requested by AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP24-00087 $500.00 fine assessed
