Findings: Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) financially exploited Alleged Victim (AV) by wrongfully taking AV's medication by means of theft. Based on facility documentation and interviews, at the end of AP2's shift, ten doses of AV's pain medication was missing. At time of incident, AP2 was in charge of the locked medication cart during his/her shift. AP2's is responsible for financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
