Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) moved into the facility on or about October 27, 2023. AV suffers from chronic diarrhea and has significant cognition impairment. AV had a bowel accident on October 29, 2023 and was found to have dried feces on his/her inner thighs when AV's adult child bathed AV on November 1, 2023. The facility didn't provide proper hygiene service to AV after his/her bowel accident, leaving AV at risk for harm. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP24-00026 $250.00 fine assessed
