- Findings
- The facility failed to properly administer Alleged Victim's (AV) hypertension medication and dementia medication as ordered. According to documentation, AV missed these medications, five days in November 2023; however, AV did not experience a negative outcome. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
